"Showed up in really good shape"
I ordered it from powerequipmentdirect.com, and as far as I could tell, it arrived in great condition. The box had a couple small scuffs on it, but nothing that made me worried, and the packing inside seemed nice and tight.
I didn’t notice any dents, missing parts, or strange damage anywhere. I was kind of relieved, since heavier stuff can definitely get roughed up during shipping. Overall, I’m happy with how it showed up.

"Good selection, just a lot to take in"
They had a decent selection, more than I expected, but it felt a little overwhelming trying to sort through everything. I went in just browsing and somehow ended up standing in one aisle way too long, coffee in hand, not really sure where to start. There’s plenty there, but it’s not always super easy to find what you need...

"Payment options were okay"
I ordered from powerequipmentdirect.com and the checkout process was straightforward overall, but the payment options felt a little limited to me.

I was hoping there would be a few more convenient choices, like extra pay-later options or an easier wallet checkout. Paying by card worked fine, it just took me a minute to decide what to use.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it also wasn’t super smooth. Average, so 3 stars feels fair.

"Freight delivery went smoothly"
Setting up the freight delivery was easier than I expected. They sent updates along the way, so I wasn’t just sitting there guessing. Driver called ahead too, just like they said he would. No weird surprises, no last-minute confusion. My equipment showed up when it was supposed to, which was all I needed

"Warranty came through, but it dragged on"
I’ll give them credit: they did honor the warranty in the end. But it definitely wasn’t as quick or easy as the nice, polished wording on their site makes it sound. I had to check in twice just to find out what was going on, which was annoying. So yeah, it worked out, but the process felt slower and more hands-on than it should’ve been.

"Best price I found"
I looked around on a bunch of different sites before I bought and powerequipmentdirect.com was defintely the cheapest by a decent amount. Shipping wasnt bad either, so even after that the total still came out lower. I’m happy with the deal and I’d probly check them first next time.

"Fair enough pricing, but not a huge deal"
I ordered from Power Equipment Direct because the price seemed reasonable compared to what I was seeing at local stores. Shipping was okay, not slow exactly, but not what I’d call fast either. The product showed up in good shape and it works fine. I guess I was just expecting a better deal once everything was added up, actually, after the fees and all that, it ended up feeling average. Not bad overall, just not as impressive of a bargain as I’d hoped. I’d probably use them again if the price made sense.

"Packaging was about what I expected"
My order showed up on time, and the box was in good shape overall. One corner was a little crushed, but everything around the equipment inside looked fine. It probably could’ve used a bit more padding, but i don’t have any real complaints.

"Stock info was actually accurate"
I checked the stock online before I ordered, and for once it actually matched what they had. The mower shipped when they said it would, with no random backorder surprise. That kind of mix-up is totally avoidable, so it was nice not having to deal with it.

"Got my order issue sorted out quick"
I had this small issue with my generator order, and I was a little worried it was going to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth things.

I reached out to Power Equipment Direct and they got back to me fast. They explained what happened, fixed it without making me chase them around, and that was pretty much it. Really appreciated how they handled it, and I’d order from them again.

"Felt Like I Was Getting Straight Advice"
I ordered a generator from Power Equipment Direct and, i had a good feeling after talking with their tech guy. I had a few questions about the transfer switch and sizing, and he clearly knew what he was talking about. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t try to steer me toward the priciest option, he helped me figure out what actually made sense for my setup. Shipping was smooth, and the install went pretty much exactly like he said it would. My gut usually tells me when someone’s just selling versus actually helping, and this felt like real help. Easy 5 stars from me.
